The use of curved forms, arches, and overhangs adds character while also serving functional purposes such as shading and ventilation.
Material selection plays a key role, with a contrast between solid textured surfaces and lightweight glass facades to create depth and balance. The upper-level transparency highlights activity inside, while the lower level provides a more grounded and inviting street presence.
