Azlan Design Atelier was founded in 2018 by Mansoor, Dilshad, and Mazin Musthafa three partners with a shared conviction: that architecture should be precise, purposeful, and built to endure. The studio was established simultaneously across Calicut, Bangalore, and Oman, reflecting an ambition that was never local-only from the start. Mansoor began his design journey through hands-on site experience at an architectural firm, that sharpened both his technical and creative instincts. He later pursued formal architectural training in Bangalore, balancing academic study with active professional work a combination that defined his grounded, practical approach to design. Dilshad built his architectural foundation with a consistent focus on contextual sensitivity and execution precision ensuring that design intent translates into structured, buildable outcomes. After both returned to Calicut following their studies, a shared vision and complementary strengths made the decision to build together an obvious one. Mazin joined as a founding partner, bringing strategic direction and long-term thinking that has shaped the studio's growth from the ground up. Together, the three founded Azlan on a simple principle vision, precision, and strategy working as one. Since 2018, the studio has delivered over 500 projects across Kerala, Karnataka, and Oman. In 2026, Azlan opened its dedicated Bangalore office the next step in a deliberate, considered expansion. Today, Azlan Design Atelier stands as one of the established architecture and interior design studios operating across South India and the Gulf known for work that is design-led, execution-focused, and built on the integrity of its founding partnership.
