The client approached us with the intention of building a modern, visually distinctive home that stands out while remaining warm and functional for everyday living. The expectation was clear, create a space that feels premium, minimal, and timeless without overcomplicating the design.
The design is centered around a bold gable form, giving the home a strong and recognizable architectural identity. Clean lines, controlled proportions, and a minimal palette were used to create a refined yet impactful presence.
The project delivers a distinctive modern residence that blends bold architectural form with everyday functionality. The sloped roof profile and large vertical glazing create a strong visual identity, making the home stand out while maintaining a clean and elegant aesthetic. The design maximizes natural light and ventilation, enhancing interior comfort and reducing reliance on artificial lighting during the day. The integration of a covered carport, defined entrance, and boundary elements ensures practical usability without compromising on design quality. Material choices such as textured stone, neutral finishes, and dark-framed glass contribute to a durable, low-maintenance exterior while reinforcing a premium look. Landscape elements further soften the structure and create a balanced connection between built and natural environments.
